Polys Kourousides is a member of RICS, a Chartered Valuation Surveyor, and a well-respected and experienced property professional and consultant in Cyprus. He is also the President of the Cyprus Association of Valuers (ΣΕΕΑΚ). Polys obtained an MA in Property Valuation and Law in 2004 from Cass Business School (City University). Polys is a reputable consultant for foreign and local companies. He appears regularly on local television, commenting on current property market trends and the future outlook. He is also our main expert witness and works for several legal practices, representing their clients. Polys oversees all valuations performed at the office for final sign-off. For the past 18 months, the project manager of the biggest development on the island acted as a consultant in all aspects for a foreign investor. He was responsible mainly for the land's due diligence, coordinating the legal and accounting consultants, and managing the architectural team with great success. In addition, Polys secured planning permissions for over 800 hundred residences in as little as eight months.
Anastasis holds a Bachelor of Science in real estate from Birmingham City University in the UK. He is also a member of RICS, a Chartered Valuation Surveyor, a registered valuer at the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and a member of the Association of Property Valuers of Cyprus.
He has extensive knowledge of the Cyprus property market. Anastasis is also one of the leading authorities for the districts of Larnaca and Famagusta, the preferred valuer for all Coop banks within these regions. Anastasis also has extensive experience in the Nicosia and Limassol regions of the island. Anastasis is well respected for his speed and accuracy.
Costas holds a Bachelor's in Land Surveying and Rural Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and obtained his MSc in Real Estate. He is also a registered valuer at the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and a member of the Association of Property Valuers of Cyprus.
Vasia Holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management at Kingston University and her MBA in Oil and Gas Management at Coventry University London Campus. Further, during her studies, she was awarded the title of 'Woman of the Property' due to her outstanding performance. She is also a registered valuer at the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and a member of the Association of Property Valuers of Cyprus.
Nikolas holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business at the Flinders University of South Australia and a MSc in Real Estate at the Neapolis University of Paphos. He is also a registered valuer at the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and a member of the Association of Property Valuers of Cyprus.
Tasos holds a Bachelor's degree in Cyprus University of Technology and a MSc in Real Estate at the Neapolis University of Paphos.
